In my 10+ years of experience leading diverse teams, I have gotten the opportunity to experiment with different leadership development approaches and have learned that a team’s well-being and a flourishing ROI are intrinsically interrelated. Empowering others to grow and develop their unique skill set is my current focus.

I believe that, if you really want to grow your business and be successful, you need the right team to do it. A team that is willing to grow, develop and that will transfer their satisfaction and passion to your customers

I have 10+ years of experience leading various teams and in that time I’ve had the opportunity to try different leadership techniques. So I can find the right methods just for your team. And tailor them to you. So that the effect is as big as possible.

I can also help you manage stress levels and turn around the challenging situations that you might occasionally encounter in your professional and personal life.

I recharge my batteries by practicing mindfulness and meditation, chanting mantras, attempting to play the drums and spending quality time with my loved ones.
